What exactly is included in the upgrade?
The upgrade includes template installation on your WordPress site, replacing the logo, fonts, and colours to match your brand, and swapping out the demo images and text with your own content.
Do I need to provide anything before the upgrade?
Yes! I’ll need your logo, brand colours, fonts (if custom), images, and website content before your scheduled upgrade day. You’ll also need to send your order number and pay the 50% deposit to secure your spot.
How do I book an upgrade?
After purchasing your template, fill out the upgrade enquiry form. You’ll choose your ideal date, and I’ll confirm availability. Once confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your booking.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining 50% is due on your scheduled upgrade day, before work begins. You’ll receive an invoice ahead of time.
What if I don’t have my content ready by the upgrade day?
If the content isn’t received at least 48 hours before your upgrade day, your booking will need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
Will I be able to make changes to the website afterwards?
Absolutely. You’ll have full access to the site and can make updates anytime using the drag-and-drop editor. No coding skills needed.
Does this service include custom design or additional pages?
Nope — this is a quick-start upgrade using the existing template layout. If you’d like a more customised design or extra pages, I offer those separately. Feel free to get in touch!
